今年2月6日是邓小平同志亲自倡导和批准建立的广播电视大学开办20周年纪念日。回顾电大所走过的历程,既有辉煌,又有挫折;既有经验,又有教训。在建校20周年之际,认真总结电大办学的经验教训,抓住机遇,开拓奋进,必将进一步促进我省电大的改革和发展。 文化大革命结束后,面对百废待兴的中国,邓小平同志深刻总结了中国革命和建设的历史经验和教训,自告奋勇分管科技和教育工作。他把科技和教育发展做为关系到国家命运和社会主义现代化建设的根本问题来对待,并对此做出了高瞻远瞩的战略
