二十多年来,香港经济从未出现过如此严峻的局面,由于楼价的下跌的带动可能出现有史以来的首次的全年经济负增长。为此,香港特区政府到上周推出救市七招,并找来政党及商界具影响力人物,一齐出来表态支持兼唱好。五月中以来,发展商总爱将楼价下调五成归咎于香港特区政府的八万五房屋政策,特首一方面不欲撤回已订目标,另一方面亦不忍见楼价不断下滑,引致发展商进一步减价促销的恶性循环。左右做人难之际,特首连日来与众财政官员研究救市方案,经过数日挑灯苦战,终于在5月29日公布“七大绝世好招”。
