解放思想,实事求是是建设有中国特色的社会主义理论的精髓,也是搞好档案工作改革必须遵循的重要原则。我们要在解放思想的前提下,从档案部门的实际情况出发,不断加快档案工作改革的步伐。档案工作改革要与国家全面改革同步发展。档案工作改革是国家全面改革的有机组成部分。所以,档案工作不能脱离国家整体改革的约束,也不能滞后于国家的改革,要在国家的统一部署下,积极搞好改革。
Emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts are the essence of building a socialist theory with Chinese characteristics and an important principle that must be followed in order to do a good job in the work of archives reform. Under the premise of emancipating the mind and proceeding from the actual conditions of the archival departments, we must constantly speed up the pace of archival reform. File work reform should be synchronized with the overall reform of the country. File work reform is an integral part of the country’s overall reform. Therefore, the file work can not be separated from the overall reform of the state or can not lag behind the reform of the country. We must do a good job in reform under the unified national deployment.
