化学灌浆加固法由于造价较低,渗透性较好,对改善土体的强度、压缩性等指标有较强的提升作用,因此在我国受到较广泛的应用。对于硅酸盐类化学灌浆加固材料,在地基处理手册中给出众多的凝结剂。根据不同凝结剂的不同加固效果,本文针对包头东河区某一工程,预先进行了一些室内实验,对比分析了不同凝结剂的加固效果,并与压力灌注水泥浆液进行对比。总结出在包头东河区钙离子缺少的土体中,碳酸氢钠作为凝结剂能够有效的增加土体的强度与弹性模量,使加固效果达到最优化。
Chemical grouting reinforcement method due to lower cost, better permeability, to improve soil strength, compressibility and other indicators have a stronger role in upgrading, so it is more widely used in our country. For Silicate Grout reinforcement materials, many agents are given in the Foundation Handbook. According to the different reinforcement effect of different coagulant, this paper has conducted some indoor experiments in advance for a project in Donghe District, Baotou, and compared the reinforcement effect of different coagulants and compared with the pressure perfusion cement slurry. It is concluded that sodium bicarbonate, as a coagulant, can effectively increase the strength and elastic modulus of soils in the soil with calcium deficiency in Donghe, Baotou, so that the reinforcement effect can be optimized.
