针对鄂尔多斯CO2捕集与地质封存(CCS)工程地质环境,根据井况条件采用高温高压釜模拟试验进行选材,对常用4种抗CO2腐蚀材质的腐蚀速率及腐蚀产物膜形貌进行了研究。结果表明,13CrS材质腐蚀速率为0.005 7mm/a,为轻度腐蚀,明显优于其他材质。13CrS材质,其腐蚀产物膜薄而结构致密,抗CO2腐蚀能力强,符合CCS工程地质封存区腐蚀环境用管材要求。
According to the engineering geological environment of CO2 capture and geological storage (CCS) in Ordos, the high temperature autoclave simulation test is conducted according to well conditions to investigate the corrosion rate and the morphology of the corrosion products of four common CO2 corrosion resistant materials. The results show that 13CrS material corrosion rate of 0.005 7mm / a, mild corrosion, significantly better than other materials. 13CrS material, the corrosion product thin and compact structure, strong resistance to CO2 corrosion, in line with CCS engineering geological storage area corrosion environment with the pipe requirements.
