目的探究优质护理服务在老年冠心病患者的临床护理效果。方法选取我院在2016年1-11月收治的120例老年冠心病患者作为研究对象,将其均匀分为观察组与对照组各60例,对照组患者采取常规护理模式,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实施优质护理干预措施,比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果比较两组患者实验数据发现,观察组患者护理效果明显优于对照组,并发症发生率较低,患者满意度较高。结论对老年冠心病患者实施优质护理干预措施,有利于降低并发症的发生率,提升患者满意度,在实际应用中具有较高的指导意义。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of quality nursing service in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from January to November, 2016 were selected as study subjects. They were equally divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given routine nursing mode. Nursing based on the implementation of high-quality nursing interventions, clinical care in two groups were compared. Results The data of two groups of patients were compared. The results showed that the nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The complication rate was lower and patients’ satisfaction was higher. Conclusions The implementation of quality nursing interventions for elderly patients with coronary heart disease will help to reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient satisfaction, which is of high guiding significance in practical application.
