当今我国经济快速发展,农村社会进入转型过程中,出现了一个新的群体:留守儿童。虽然全国实现了九年义务教育,推进素质教育,实施新课改,但由于各个地区经济发展不平衡,城镇与农村经济、人文环境、教育的差距,致使对农村这一弱势群体身心健康发展的关注与重视略显薄弱。面对一个个活生生的个体,对他们的责任不能不引起我们的深思。
