近年来,去台人员回大陆向有关部门反映并要求解决的最突出问题是房屋问题,主要类型有以下五种:房屋所有权纠纷、房屋代管权纠纷、侵权赔偿,房屋典赎和房屋买卖等。根据涉台房屋案件的上述情况,我们在审理中分别作如下处理:1.去台人员下落不明,涉及他们权益的房屋析产案件,在财产处理时保留他们的份额,并指定代管人。2.去台人员房屋代管权纠纷,处理时尊重所有权人的意愿,只要去台人员或他们的继承人要求变更代管权
In recent years, the most prominent issue that the personnel who have returned to Taiwan to return to the mainland and asked them to solve the problem is the issue of housing.
