摘要目的评估对比增强快速成像稳态采集(FIESTA)MR成像是否能显示鞍上巨大肿瘤病人的前视觉通路。材料与方法本研究已获得伦理委员会批准。28例经手术治疗的鞍上巨大肿瘤病人(垂体腺瘤19例、脑膜瘤6例、混合性肿瘤3例)于术前采用增强FIESTA序列行3.0TMRI检查。
Abstract Objective To evaluate whether FIESTA MR imaging can show the anterior visual pathway in patients with huge suprasellar tumors. Materials and Methods This study has been approved by Ethics Committee. Twenty-eight surgically treated suprasellar giant tumor patients (19 pituitary adenomas, 6 meningioma, 3 mixed tumors) underwent 3.0T MRI before the procedure with enhanced FIESTA.
