目的 :比较犬心肌陈旧性梗死时三种无创性检测法参数的动态变化及特点 ,初步评价其诊断价值。方法 :结扎冠状动脉左前降支远端二级分支 ,建立犬陈旧性局灶性心肌梗死模型 ,观察心脏收缩时间间期 (使用 STI) ,高频心电图 (HFECG)和心肌灌注显像 (使用 SPECT)的变化特点。结果 :陈旧性局灶性心肌梗死后 ,STI的各项指标虽有改变 ,但不显著。HFECG的切迹数在 2~ 4周时明显增多 ,而在 8周时恢复 ;在 2~ 4周时 ,SPECT显示心肌前壁梗死区呈放射性稀疏及缺损 ,而在 8周时 ,该异常明显恢复。结论 :STI对局灶性心肌梗死不敏感 ,HFECG对局灶性心肌梗死较敏感 ,可以反映缺血性心脏病的严重程度 ,而 SPECT能直观的反映心肌缺血和心肌梗死 ,是三者中最灵敏的检测方法。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the dynamic changes and characteristics of three noninvasive detection parameters during myocardial infarction in dogs, and to evaluate its diagnostic value. Methods: The old secondary focal branches of the left anterior descending coronary artery were ligated and the old focal myocardial infarction model was established. The systolic time of heart (STI), HFECG and myocardial perfusion imaging (SPECT ) Changes in the characteristics. Results: After the old focal myocardial infarction, the indexes of STI were changed, but not significant. The number of notch in HFECG significantly increased from 2 to 4 weeks and restored at 8 weeks. SPECT showed sparse and defect of radioactivity in the anterior myocardial infarction area at 2 to 4 weeks, and at 8 weeks, the abnormality was obvious restore. Conclusion: STI is not sensitive to focal myocardial infarction. HFECG is more sensitive to focal myocardial infarction and can reflect the severity of ischemic heart disease. SPECT can intuitively reflect myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction The most sensitive detection method.
