西班牙现有100多个武器生产中心,雇有大约56,000名职工。目前它的军备政策是尽可能使本国部队的武器装备实现国产化,少量购买外国武器,协商合作生产销售,促进武器出口计划,使武器采购支付差额得到平衡。为此,西班牙的许多私营中小型武器公司正在组合或与国营武器公司联合,使其生产更趋向合理化。同时还加强了武器科研生产的管理机构。
Spain now has more than 100 weapons production centers and employs about 56,000 workers. At present, its military policy is to try to make the weapons and equipment of its own troops as domestic as possible, to purchase a small amount of foreign arms, and to negotiate the joint production and sales so as to promote the arms export plan and strike a balance between the disparities in weapons procurement. For this reason, many of Spain’s private small and medium-sized arms companies are combining or cooperating with state-run arms companies to rationalize their production. At the same time also strengthened the scientific research and production of weapons management agencies.
