我国管理科学研究与应用中存着一个偏向,即:重视管理组织、方法、手段和技术的现代化,而忽视了管理思想的现代化。这种偏向的产生有其历史的和现实的原因。它严重影响了我国管理现代化的进程和管理科学作用的发挥。实现管理思想的现代化,要从思想方法、研究重点以及研究模式等方向进行改革。
There is a bias in the research and application of management science in our country, that is: paying attention to the modernization of management organizations, methods, means and technologies while neglecting the modernization of management thinking. The emergence of this bias has its historical and realistic reasons. It has seriously affected the process of our country’s management modernization and the role of management science. To realize the modernization of management thinking, we must reform from the aspects of thinking method, research focus and research mode.
