Chapter I: General Provisions Article 1: These Measures are formulated in accordance with the “Seed Law of the People’s Republic of China” in order to strengthen the management of crop seed production and operation licenses and regulate the order of crop seed production and operation. Article 2: These Measures apply to the application, examination, issuance and supervision of crop seed production and operation licenses.
