本文首先介绍一种利用豚鼠肠系膜下神经节(IMG)—结肠段联合离体标本进行神经节细胞内电位与肠段纵肌或环肌舒缩运动二者同步记录的方法。同一装置还可用于观察牵拉纵肌或扩张环肌所引起神经节细胞电活动的变化。结果提示,肠系膜下神经节及其所支配的结肠段在离体条件下依然能完成以胆碱能传递为主要中介的短反射调节,其紧张性活动的效应主要在于抑制环肌收缩。
This article first describes a method using guinea pig inferior mesenteric ganglion (IMG) - colon section in vitro specimens of ganglion cell potential and intestine longitudinal muscle or ring muscle contraction and systolic motion both simultaneously recorded. The same device can also be used to observe changes in the electrical activity of ganglion cells caused by pulling the longitudinal muscle or dilated annulus. The results suggest that the sub-mesenteric ganglion and its colonic segment can still be completed in vitro under the conditions of cholinergic transmission as the main mediator of short reflex regulation, the main effect of its tonic activity is to inhibit the contraction of the ring muscle.
