To commemorate the 103-year anniversary of the death of Buster, a brief review of the development of stereochemistry and the prediction made by Baste in 1860 on the basic theory of stereochemistry was reviewed. Spiral conjecture has been proved that it is correct to prove that Baster’s three conjectures and two affirmations in the prediction of the basic theory of stereochemistry.
