The scientific concept of development is people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development concept. Community construction is an important area for China’s economic and social development in the new era, an integral part of building an overall well-to-do society and a best manifestation of the scientific outlook on development in a microcosmic society. Guiding community construction with the scientific concept of development will surely promote the all-round leapfrog development of community construction.
