目的:对比研究甘南栽培唐古特大黄抗炎作用及机制。方法:分别选取SPF级KM小鼠及SPF级雄性Wistar大鼠,通过二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法、甲醛致小鼠足肿胀法及角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀法来对比考察甘南栽培唐古特大黄高、低剂量(小鼠给药剂量4.5,1.5 g·kg-1,大鼠给药剂量3.0,1.0 g·kg-1),西宁栽培唐古特大黄高、低剂量(小鼠给药剂量4.5,1.5 g·kg-1,大鼠给药剂量3.0,1.0 g·kg-1)与礼县栽培掌叶大黄高、低剂量(小鼠给药剂量4.5,1.5 g·kg-1,大鼠给药剂量3.0,1.0 g·kg-1)的抗炎作用;复制小鼠气囊滑膜炎,通过测定炎性渗出物中总蛋白及白三烯B4(LTB4)的含量对比考察大黄高、低剂量的抗炎机制,实验中另外设正常组。结果:与正常组比较,1.5,4.5 g·kg-1甘南栽培唐古特大黄、西宁栽培唐古特大黄与礼县栽培掌叶大黄可明显缓解小鼠耳廓肿胀度与小鼠和大鼠(1.0,3.0 g·kg-1)足肿胀度(P<0.05,P<0.01);与模型组比较,1.5,4.5 g·kg-1甘南栽培唐古特大黄、西宁栽培唐古特大黄与礼县栽培掌叶大黄可明显降低气囊滑膜炎渗出物中总蛋白与LTB4的含量,而甘南栽培唐古特大黄、西宁栽培唐古特大黄抑制炎性渗出物中总蛋白与LTB4的作用明显优于礼县栽培掌叶大黄(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:3种人工栽培大黄有明显的抗炎作用;唐古特大黄的部分抗炎作用优于掌叶大黄,而甘南栽培唐古特大黄与西宁栽培唐古特大黄的抗炎作用无明显差异;抑制LTB4生成是3种大黄抗炎机制之一。

Conclusion: The three kinds of artificial rhubarb have obvious anti-inflammatory effects. The anti-inflammatory effects of part of rhubarb of Tanggut are better than that of rhubarb of rhubarb, while the anti-inflammatory effects of rhubarb of Tanggut rhubarb in Gannan and rhizome of Tanggut rhubarb in Xining are not significantly different. Generating is one of the three rhubarb anti-inflammatory mechanisms.
