郑少烘(岁月知味掌门人)说起2014年上山收茶,大家都会觉得优质原料难收,岁月知味从2005年开始专注经营易武茶,已经走过了9个年头,今年我们卯足了劲、带够了钱,准备打一场硬仗。今年的易武是众矢之的。可以预见的是,易武的刮风寨、弯弓等顶级山头茶,价格一定是会坐过山车的,不同树龄的原料都会成为哄抢的对象,外茶区冒充易武茶的现象不少。所以,收原料的第一关就是识别外区茶,像江城、景谷等地的茶被冒充成易武茶时有发生;部分条索粗壮的边境茶也会被当成刮风
