本文依照《物权法》的最新规定,针对物业管理制度中的重要主体业主委员会,对其概念、性质、法律地位等方面进行分析,并提出制度改良的构思,以期有助于理顺物业管理各主体之间的法律关系,依法恰当地调处物业管理纠纷,为物业管理制度的完善提供些许有益素材。
