为了提高送风系数,笔者在独头巷道作了大量试验。对风筒接头形式作了改进,同时节长加大到20米。论文对各种试验结果作了对比:插接接头,节长为10米,送风系数为46%;粘接方式,节长增到20米,采用插接及胶粘两种接头,则送风系数提高到75%;如改为活单环接头,则效果更好,送风系数可达89%。据此,不仅可减少一台局扇,且大大延长了送风距离,降低了生产成本、提高了经济效益。
