近年来电镦工艺是加粗杆类零件头部的新工艺,特点是在不断的进行接触电加热的情况下,毛坯受到外力作用,逐渐连续产生局部变形。58年9月份,我院党委提出大搞科学研究的号召,我们经过一个月的努力,运用了“土洋结合”的办法,把对焊机改装成一台电镦机,基本上满足了自由顶镦工艺的实验要求。现将我们在这方面的工作情况介绍一下,供大家参考。
