利用自制的含活性炭的腈氯纶纤维制备了羧酸型离子交换吸附纤维,研究了所制得的含活性炭的腈氯纶离子交换吸附纤维的性能,尤其是对L-精氨酸的吸附性能,考察了其静态、动态吸附情况。结果表明,静态饱和吸附量随精氨酸起始浓度的增加而增加,吸附率随精氨酸起始浓度的增加而降低,且遵循Freundlish等温吸附模式。所制得的纤维对精氨酸的动态吸附能力较强,吸附和解吸速率较快。
Carboxylic acid ion-exchange adsorbent fibers were prepared by using activated carbon-containing nitrocellulose fibers. The properties of the obtained activated carbon-containing nitrile-vinyl chloride ion-exchange adsorbents were studied, especially for the adsorption of L-arginine , Investigated its static, dynamic adsorption situation. The results showed that the static adsorption capacity increased with the increase of initial concentration of arginine. The adsorption rate decreased with the increase of arginine initial concentration, and the Freundlish isotherm model was followed. The prepared fiber has strong ability of dynamic adsorption of arginine, and has faster adsorption and desorption rate.
