依法治国是我国的治国方略,依法治警是这一方略在公安队伍管理领域的具体体现。依法治警是强化公安队伍管理的根本保证。在新的形势下,依法治警应抓好几个环节:认清形势,强化依法管理的意识;加强立法,有法可依;提高依法行政的能力与水平;严格执行,配套教育。
Governing the country according to law is our country’s strategy of running the country and rule by law is the embodiment of this strategy in the field of public security contingent management. Ruling police by law is the fundamental guarantee to strengthen the management of public security forces. In the new situation, it is imperative to do several things according to the law: To understand the situation clearly and to strengthen the awareness of managing according to law; to strengthen legislation and abide by the law; to improve the ability and level of administration according to law; to strictly enforce and complete education.
