乙型肝炎伴发格林-巴利氏综合征很少见,国内仅报道过3例,而肝硬化伴发者更少,我院439例肝硬化中仅有1例。王×,男,37岁,住院号170383。1984年10月31日入院。于1979年患急性病毒性肝炎,1984年2月复发加重住我院。肝脏缩小、脾脏肿大,肝功异常,血三系细胞降低,诊断为坏死后肝硬化。经保肝治疗好转出院。10月24日洗脸时突然双手不能拧毛巾,随之下肢不能步行,吞咽困难及颈部活动不灵。病前两周有一次“上呼吸道感染”,T38℃,
