我院妇产科自1993年1月至1997年1月，4年间共收治女性骑跨伤患者63例，其中儿童青少年52例（占82、5％）。由于此种意外伤害多发生于未成年女性，伤害部位威胁少女的健康成长，严重者可致残废。为了开展外阴骑跨伤的防治工作，笔者对收治的该类病人致伤原因进行分析，报道如下?
Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital from January 1993 to January 1997, 4 years admitted a total of 63 cases of female patients with bruises, including 52 cases of children and adolescents (82.5%).
