经超速离心提纯的甲型流感病毒ＰＲ＿８株和ＮＤＶ病毒Ｂ＿１株治疗Ｓ＿(１８０)荷瘤小鼠，存活率分别为５７．７％和７０．１％。而未经纯化的病毒治愈率分别为７２．７％和６５．６％。纯化的病毒终６０℃冰箱放置１５～２７个星期后，经检测ＰＲ＿８株病毒ＥＩＤ５０和ＨＡ滴度下降显著，ＮＤＶ病毒ＥＩＤ５０和ＨＡ滴度下降不太明显。经－６０℃长期保存的ＰＲ＿８病毒和ＮＤＶ病毒，免疫治疗Ｓ＿(１８０)荷瘤小鼠，其存活率分别为０～３０％和４５～６５％，ＮＤＶ病毒治疗效果稍有下降，而ＰＲ＿８病毒疗效下降极为明显。
The survival rate of S180-bearing mice treated with the influenza virus PR-8 strain and NDV virus B-1 strain purified by ultracentrifugation was 57.7% and 70.1%, respectively. The cure rates of unpurified viruses were 72.7% and 65.6%, respectively. After purification of the virus for a final period of 15 to 27 weeks at 60°C, the EID50 and HA titers of PR8 strains were significantly decreased, and the titers of EID50 and HA of NDV virus were not significantly decreased. After long-term storage of PR-8 virus and NDV virus at -60°C, the survival rates of immunosuppressed S_(180) tumor-bearing mice were 0 to 30% and 45 to 65%, respectively. The effect of NDV virus treatment was slightly decreased, while PR_8 virus The decline in curative effect is extremely obvious.
