目的 分析面神经颊支与腮腺导管间的关系 ,以获得对在该区手术时更好地选择面神经的解剖途径。方法 对 43例腮腺区手术患者的面神经颊支与腮腺导管间的关系的观察。并作统计分析。结果 6 7 4%的患者为单颊支 ,32 6 %的患者为双颊支。 41 9%的患者面神经颊支与导管有交叉 ,5 8 1%的患者两者间没有交叉。结论 面神经颊支在腮腺导管出腺体约 2 5mm的范围内与导管关系十分密切。腮腺手术时 ,循颊支的面神经解剖方法较易掌握
Objective To analyze the relationship between the buccal branch of the facial nerve and the parotid duct in order to obtain an anatomical approach to the better choice of the facial nerve during surgery in this area. Methods The relationship between the buccal branch of the facial nerve and the parotid duct in 43 patients with parotid gland surgery was observed. And for statistical analysis. Results Sixty-four percent of patients were single buccal and 32.6% patients were double buccal. In 41% of the patients, the buccal branch of the facial nerve was crossed with the catheter, and 581% of the patients had no crossover. Conclusions The buccal branch of the facial nerve has a close relationship with the catheter in the range of about 2 mm in the parotid gland. Parotid surgery, the buccal branch of the facial nerve anatomy easier to grasp
