在今天,任何一家机动车维修企业想要在质量、技术、价格上明显超过其他竞争对手都是困难的,企业要想在整体竞争中胜出,必须在服务的竞争中见分晓。许多机动车维修经营者在激烈的市场竞争中,也开始摸索以顾客为中心,提高服务水平,推行服务竞争的策略,以适应残酷的市场竞争。到目前为止,许多机动车维修企业的服务水平和服务理念还停留在较低的层面上,缺乏系统的研究和实施。实施系统完善的服务竞争策略,应当从以下几个方面进行思考。
Today, it is difficult for any motor vehicle maintenance company to want to surpass other competitors in quality, technology and price. Enterprises that want to win in the overall competition must see the difference in the service competition. In the fierce market competition, many vehicle maintenance operators are also beginning to explore customer-centric, service improvement and service competition strategies to adapt to the brutal competition in the market. So far, the service level and service concept of many motor vehicle maintenance enterprises have remained at a relatively low level, and there is a lack of systematic research and implementation. Implementation of a sound system of service competition strategy, we should think from the following aspects.
