随着我国经济社会的不断发展,大学普及率也在不断增加。2011年教育部确定全国普通高校招生计划总规模为675万人,高考全国平均录取率有望突破70%。大学教育普遍率的提升,即给高考毕业生们带来了更多接受进一步教育的机会,同时也对大学教育质量提出更高的要求。所以增强大学生素质,培养大学生的创新能力,为社会培养更多全面人才,成为当前高等教育
With the continuous development of our economy and society, the popularization rate of universities is also on the rise. In 2011, the Ministry of Education determined that the total enrollment plan of colleges and universities in China will be 6.75 million and the national average admission rate of college entrance examination is expected to exceed 70%. The increase in the universality of university education brings more opportunities for college graduates to receive further education and places higher demands on the quality of university education. Therefore, to enhance the quality of college students, to cultivate the innovative ability of college students, for the community to train more comprehensive talent, become the current higher education
