当前,第二批群众路线教育实践活动已全面铺开,绝大部分师旅团级单位动作快、力度大、标准高、要求严,有条不紊地向前推进。但笔者在部队调研时了解到,也有少数单位喊得紧、抓得松,表态快、动作慢,有声势、无实效。主要原因,还是思想上不够重视,方法上没抓住关键,目标上比较盲目。对此,必须引起各级党委的高度重视。一、要在提高思想认识上求深入。思想认识上不去,教育效果就出不来。这次开展党的群众路线教育实践活动,主要是要从“三个工程”的高度来认识理解。一是要从党的生命线工程的高度来深化认识。群众路线是我们党的生命线和根本工作路线。党章明确指
