为了研究直流气体绝缘电气设备内部局部放电(partial discharge,PD)强度与SF6气体分解特性之间的关联关系,该文在研制的SF6直流PD分解试验系统上,通过对针板电极施加不同强度的负极性直流电压使SF6发生分解,结合气相色谱质谱定量分析法,获取了每秒平均放电量Qsec与SF6分解组分之间的关联特性.研究表明:负极性直流PD使SF6分解产生的分解组分主要包括CF4、CO2、SO2F2、SOF2和SO2等,其中CO2、SO2F2、SOF2及(SO2F2+SOF2+SO2)的生成量与Qsec具有较强的关联特性;SO2F2、SOF2和(SO2F2+SOF2+SO2)的产气均方速率RRMS与Qsec具有正的线性相关性,可作为判定直流PD放电量的特征量,同时,组分含量特征比值SO2F2/SOF2也与Qsec具有正的线性相关性,并可以作为判定直流PD强度的特征比值.“,”In order to study the relationship between SF6 gas decomposition components and the strength of Partial Discharge(PD) inside the DC gas insulated electrical equipment,the DC SF6 PD decomposition experiment was carried out under different discharge quantities in this paper,using the needle plate electrode to simulate the metal protrusion defect.The decomposition components of SF6 under DC PD was quantitatively detected by Gas Chromatographymass Spectrometry (GC/MS).The paper explored the relevance properties of the mean discharge quantity per second (Qsec) and SF6 decomposition component.The results show that the stable decomposition components such as CF4,CO2,SO2F2,SOF2 and SO2 are produced.The concentration of CO2,SO2F2,SOF2 and (SO2F2+SOF2 +SO2) correlates well with Qsec.The generation speed RRMS of SO2F2,SOF2 and (SO2F2+SOF2+SO2) linearly increases with Qsec roughly,which can be the characteristics of DC PD quantity.Meanwhile,the ratio SO2F2/SOF2 is approximately linear to the Qsec.So it can be the characteristic ratio to determine the DC PD quantity.
