采用自行研发的 5kg级MBDS 10 0型定向凝固炉在不同工艺参数条件下制备 8~ 30mm规格TbDyFe合金棒。围绕磁致伸缩特征 ,本文对材料组织、取向和磁致伸缩行为进行分析。研究结果表明 ,ReFe3 相组织会明显降低磁致伸缩率 ;同一试样中组织不均匀时 ,磁致伸缩率也存在显著差异 ;通过定向凝固得到取向为〔110〕的片状孪晶材料 ,其磁致伸缩率明显提高 ,预应力下磁致伸缩率λ超过 2 0 0 0× 10 -6。
Using self-developed 5kg MBDS 10 0 directional solidification furnace to prepare 8 ~ 30mm specifications TbDyFe alloy rod under different process parameters. Around the magnetostrictive features, this paper analyzes the material structure, orientation and magnetostrictive behavior. The results show that the microstructure of ReFe3 microstructure can reduce the magnetostriction obviously. When the microstructure of the same sample is inhomogeneous, there is a significant difference in magnetostriction. By directional solidification, the sheet twinning material with orientation [110] Magnetostrictive rate was significantly improved, pre-stress magnetostriction λ more than 2000 × 10 -6.
