最近,我们对总队开展建设学习型党委机关活动情况进行了调查,总的感到,建设学习型党委机关虽然取得明显成效,但也存在一些问题需要研究解决。突出的是有的同志对建设学习型党委机关的重要性认识不足,学习的积极性不高;有的习惯于凭老经验办事,学习的主动性不强。有的单位对建设学习型党委机关目标模糊,措施笼统,学习缺乏实效性。推进学习型党委机关建设,必须深入贯彻落实党的十七届四中全会精
Recently, we conducted a survey on how the Corps has learned about the activities of building a learning party committee. The general feeling is that while building a learning party committee has achieved remarkable results, some problems still need to be studied and solved. What is outstanding is that some comrades do not have enough understanding of the importance of building a learning party committee and the enthusiasm for learning is not high. Some are accustomed to acting based on old experience and not active in learning. Some units are vague in their efforts to build a learning party committee, with a general measure of action and a lack of effectiveness in learning.
