提高大学人才培养质量、培养创新型人才是现代大学的重要职责。地方高校应积极探索地方特色的高素质创新型人才培养的途径和方法。以河南科技大学建筑环境与设备工程专业为例,指出地方高校工科专业大学生创新能力培养过程中所存在的问题,结合培养过程中的实际情况介绍了近年来河南科技大学建筑环境与设备工程专业在大学生创新能力培养过程中的经验和成绩,供相关高校参考与借鉴。
To improve the quality of university personnel training and cultivate innovative talents are the important duties of modern universities. Local colleges and universities should actively explore ways and means of cultivating high-quality innovative talents with local characteristics. Taking the construction environment and equipment engineering specialty of Henan University of Science and Technology as an example, this paper points out the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative abilities of engineering majors in local colleges and universities.
