设备投用后,就要进行日常维护保养,以防止故障发生.有的设备在维护过程中,对某些部位进行了必要的改造,使同类故障不至重复发生,或延长了使用寿命,或使维护、修理更方便易行,这种方法称之谓“改良保养”.设备的改良保养近年来在日本越来越得到重视和普遍推广.设备的改良保养在我国也已实行多年,只是在认识和称谓上尚不一致,推广也不够普遍.笔者认为有必要借鉴国外先进经验加以推广,以提高我国设备管理水平.从表1可以看出通常维护与改良保养的区别.现举两例说明改良保养的必要性:1.如图1所示.进入分离器罐中的是混合物(水、灰尘、混合气体),以一定的力度冲向罐壁固定处,极易造成罐壁这一部位壁厚减薄,进而发生泄漏(见图中a).按通常方法是采用同材质板件补焊或更换此件,过一段时间泄漏同样发生.为此,采用特殊耐腐蚀的不锈钢板焊接就会达到极佳效果(见图中b).2.图2为管路连接装置.在装拆此件进行维修时,过去需采用其它手段分离,如用楔子打入涨开分解后进行修理(如图中a所示).这种方法费时费力弊端很多,改进后如图中b所示,拆卸就变得简便易行了.

This method takes a lot of time and effort and has many disadvantages. After the improvement, as shown in figure b, the disassembly becomes simple and easy.
