Objective: To investigate the changes of risk factors of cardiovascular disease (CVD) in middle-aged and young people in a camp area. Methods: A total of 1116 patients with CVD risk factors surveyed in 1998 and 2008 among 35-44-year-olds in a camp area were selected and investigated according to the survey method of CVD risk factors in the WHO-MONICA program. Based on the 1998 survey data as the baseline data, the data were continuously monitored for 10 years and compared with other indexes such as blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid, blood uric acid and body mass index (BMI) in 2008 and hypertension, diabetes, hyperuricemia, fatty liver Such as the incidence of comparison. Results: (1) The main risk factors of CVD in 2008 were significantly higher than those in 1998 (P <0.05). Among them, the highest level of increase was serum uric acid (UA), an increase of 51.9% in 10 years, followed by triglyceride (TG), an increase of 43.2%. (2) The major risk factors for CVD in both men and women increased in 10 years, but the risk factors for men were significantly higher than those in women (P <0.05). (3) The incidence of major risk factors for CVD in 2008 was significantly higher than that in 1998 (P <0.05), of which the incidence of hyperuricemia increased by 1.4 times, followed by diabetes by 1.2 Times The proportion of those with one or more risk factors increased from 21.4% in 1998 to 32.1% in 2008. Conclusion: The CVD risk factors and the prevalence of CVD in 35-44 year-old population in a camp area all tended to increase during the 10-year period. The main risk factors of CVD were significantly higher in individuals.
