一、以“情”入手,优化课堂教学1.师生之间要建立起和谐的关系。只有亲其师才能信其道,只有信其道才能从其学。老师对学生的爱伴随着对学生个性的尊重,对学生的鼓励和信任都能激发学生的学习兴趣。学生一旦对英语产生了兴趣,就会自觉主动地学习英语,获得学习英语的乐趣。所以,在英语教学过程中,英语教师要深入学生,和学生打成一片,及时地了解学生的爱好和兴趣,甚至是喜怒哀乐,想尽方法创造优良的学习气
