处于当前的知识经济时代,企业要想保持竞争优势、始终立于不败之地就必须要对组织学习给予足够的重视,而员工学习在整个企业的学习中发挥着基础性的作用,因此激发员工的学习热情、提高其学习效率自然成为了企业管理的重中之重。而目前关于非正式组织中员工学习的研究还比较少,非正式组织对员工学习的作用与影响也没有得到足够的重视。因此,本文首先对非正式组织进行了概念界定并对其特征进行了简要分析,在此基础上重点探讨了其对企业员工学习的影响,进而为企业提供了相关的管理建议与决策参考,以期提高企业管理者对非正式组织的重视程度,促使其对员工学习乃至企业的长久发展发挥出更大的作用。
