基于工业洗衣机为平台,以洗衣机为载体,建立用户和洗衣机之间的通信控制,使其更加简单、易于操作。从传统洗衣机的旋钮、按键,发展到触屏控制操作系统。工业洗衣机为用户带来方便的同时,也引出了新的问题。本课题的研究是以用户需求为导向,根据工业控制技术的发展进步,PLC控制器的应用不断地普及到各个领域,本设计采用了三菱可编程序控制器作为核心控制部件,实现洗衣机的洗涤、漂洗、脱水等过程。再根据工业洗衣机对控制系统的要求和特点,使工业洗衣机的整个工作流程能够更直接、更简单化。通过变频器来控制PLC,再通过PLC控制工业洗衣机来实现洗衣机的正常运行和强制性停止等相关功能。从而实现了洗衣机洗衣过程的自动化,使其具有高智能化、安全可靠、控制方便、灵活等特点。
