膨化饲料是饲料加工新技术,饲料在挤压腔内膨化实际上是高温瞬时的过程,即饲料处于高温、高压以及高剪切力、高水分的环境中,通过连续混合、调质、升温、增压、熟化、挤出模孔和骤然降压后形成膨松多孔的饲料。在最近十几年里,膨化饲料已开始应用于畜禽、鱼类以及观赏动物的饲料当中,2011年,我国淡水养殖总量超过3000万吨,我国水产饲料总量为1540万吨,其中膨化饲料为310万吨左右,占总量的20%,这说明我国水产膨化饲料产业已经开始起步且大有可为。
