延迟功能恢复(DGF)是肾移植术后影响移植肾脏和受体长期存活率的常见的并发症,因此,DGF的早期预测、发现和治疗对肾功能保护至关重要。本文将对与DGF有关的重要的预测因素进行综述,拟为临床转化应用提供借鉴。
Delayed functional recovery (DGF) is a common complication of long-term survival of renal allografts and recipients after renal transplantation. Therefore, early prediction, detection and treatment of DGF is crucial for the protection of renal function. This article will review important predictors of DGF and provide a framework for clinical translational applications.
