采用ＰＣＲ法检测７１例疑诊肺结核患者支气管肺洗液结核菌，阳性率为７３．２％，高于支气管肺洗液涂片的５６．３％（Ｐ＜０．０５），显著高于刷检涂片的１８．３％（Ｐ＜０．０１），为快速、简便、灵敏诊断肺结核提供了经验。
The positive rate of bronchopulmonary tuberculosis in 71 patients with suspected TB was 73.2% by PCR, which was higher than 56.3% (P <0.05) of bronchopulmonary washings, which was significantly higher than that of brush 18.3% of smear (P <0.01), which provided a quick and easy diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.
