鉴于我国英语专业学生能力不强的现状,作者从分析基础课程的性质及基础英语教学的主要目的入手,探讨问题的原因及解决问题的途径与办法。
In view of the fact that the students majoring in English major are not strong, the author starts with the analysis of the nature of basic courses and the main purpose of basic English teaching, discusses the reasons of the problems and the ways and solutions to the problems.
