利用射流式真空紫外辐照模拟设备(BYΦ)模拟实际空间辐照条件,研究真空紫外辐照下CF/EP的损伤效应。质量损失、层间剪切强度、SEM和XRD结果表明:真空紫外辐照下CF/EP产生明显的质量损失,表面受到严重破坏;辐照初期层间剪切强度略有上升,随着辐照时间的延长层间剪切强度呈明显下降趋势;真空紫外辐照下碳纤维无明显变化,并且对树脂基体起到一定的保护作用。
The jet-type vacuum ultraviolet irradiation simulation equipment (BYΦ) was used to simulate the actual space irradiation conditions to study the damage effect of CF / EP under vacuum ultraviolet irradiation. The mass loss, interlaminar shear strength, SEM and XRD results show that the mass loss of CF / EP under vacuum ultraviolet irradiation and the serious damage to the surface are observed. The interlaminar shear strength increases slightly at the initial stage of irradiation, The interlaminar shear strength decreases obviously with time increasing. There is no obvious change of carbon fiber under vacuum ultraviolet irradiation, and the resin matrix plays a protective role.
