G钻应用于乳磨牙根管治疗中的临床疗效评价

目的:研究G钻应用于乳磨牙根管预备的临床效果。方法:选取临床上因慢性根尖周炎需行根管治疗的乳磨牙188颗,其中试验组98颗用G钻配合手用不锈钢K锉进行根管预备,vitapex糊剂充填根管;另外对照组90颗患牙直接运用手用不锈钢K锉进行根管预备,vitapex糊剂充填根管。评价两组乳磨牙根管治疗的充填效果及术后反应。结果:在两组乳磨牙根管治疗术后,试验组恰填率高于对照组(P
