微型轴承套图孔径的磨削,历来所采用的工具是砂轮,特别是磨削(?)1毫米以下的孔径时,在砂轮、电主轴和机床精度方面都存在不少困难,而且砂轮过小,因而生产效率低,质量不稳定.这种状况远远不能适应国家对我厂微小型轴承生产发展的需要.在厂党委领导下,在大庆精神鼓舞下,产品车间同志组成了三结合小组,他们敢想敢干大胆提出了用电脉冲加工来代替砂轮磨削,在江苏省电加工研究室等单位的大力协助下,经过多次试验,终于试验成功了小孔电脉冲加工工艺,这一革新大大促进了孔径2毫米以下高精度微型轴承的生产.
