对钛磁铁矿球团还原动力学的专题研究报告中,几乎没有涉及到关于球团焙烧条件的影响。所用试样大都是经过1250℃左右高温焙烧的氧化球团~([1])。实际上,焙烧温度和气氛不仅影响到球团的品质和工艺过程能耗,而且也影响到球团在还原过程中的结构变化和还原速度。本研究是将钛磁铁矿生球分别置于氧化、中性和磁化的气氛下,控制较低的温度水平(950~1150℃)进行培烧,再作还原实验和某些物理特性的测定,以考察不同焙烧球团的还原动力学特点。
In a special case study on the reduction kinetics of titanium magnetite pellets, little is known about the impact of pellet firing conditions. The samples used are mostly oxidized pellets ~ ([1]) calcined at about 1250 ℃. In fact, the calcination temperature and atmosphere not only affect the pellet quality and process energy consumption, but also affect the structure of the pellet in the reduction process and the reduction rate. In this study, the titania-magnetite spheres were placed under oxidizing, neutral and magnetizing atmospheres respectively and controlled at a lower temperature (950 ~ 1150 ℃) for combustion.
