高考加分政策是我国高考政策的一个组成部分,政策的初衷是对“应试教育”中单一分数考核的修正,以体现人才选拔机制的公平与合理。当前,我国高考体育加分政策中出现了诸多不尽如人意之处,亟待完善。研究认为,完善高考体育加分制度,以健全监督机制为重点,增加体育加分政策实施的透明度,应该是高考加分政策完善发展的有效途径。
The college entrance examination bonus policy is an integral part of the entrance examination policy in our country. The original intention of the policy is to amend the single point test in “examination-oriented education” to reflect the fairness and rationality of the talent selection mechanism. At present, there are a lot of unsatisfactory situations in the college entrance exam sports extracurricular policy, and it needs urgent improvement. The study suggests that perfecting the PE system of college entrance examination, focusing on perfecting supervision mechanism and increasing the transparency of the PE program, should be an effective way to improve the college entrance examination plus points policy.
