企业文化是一个企业在生存发展中不断集聚的精神精髓,而道德就是企业文化的本质灵魂,对企业而言,无论以何种形式的资助都有枯竭的时候,尤其是物质形态的资助,而道德作为精神形态的企业领袖,则大大不同,她不仅可以给企业以不断前进的力量和希望,还可以陪伴企业的荣辱与兴衰,甚至可以坚守企业的理想和情操。她通过服务、教育、文化、典型等四个环节的交相辉映、彼此影响、共同发酵,对推进企业科学健康发展起到了至关重要的助推作用。
