水轮发电机组状态检修是一种现代化管理手段，是科学的确定机组检修间隔、工期及检修内容的方法，通过对机组进行监测，可以用最少的人力，最大限度保证机组安全稳定运行。文章从资料收集、监测方案、数学模型、专家经验以及可实施性等角度研究了状态检修工作的主要内容及实施方案。状态检修是电网发展的必然趋势，也是水电机组检修工作的一次革命。
State maintenance of hydro-generator set is a modern management method, and it is a scientific method to determine the maintenance interval, construction period and overhaul content of units. By monitoring the units, the crew can be operated safely and stably to a minimum with minimum manpower. The article studied the main contents and implementation plan of condition maintenance from the aspects of data collection, monitoring scheme, mathematical model, expert experience and implementability. State maintenance is the inevitable trend of power grid development, but also a revolution in hydropower unit maintenance work.
